Aseem Adya

Aseem Adya specialises in providing financial due diligence to large cap and mid-market private equity (“PE”) houses as well as sovereign wealth funds. Aseem has been involved in numerous transactions and worked extensively with PE sponsors on buy-side, sell-side and refinancing processes.

Aseem has worked across many industry sectors and geographies across Europe, Africa and the United States. In his more than 12 years as a financial due diligence expert, he has led transactions across a wide range of sectors such as education, healthcare, industrials, consumer and business services and telecom, media and technology (“TMT”). Aseem has worked with many large and mid-market private equity sponsors and sovereign wealth funds such as Providence Equity Partners, Vitruvian Partners, Equistone Partners, The Carlyle Group and GIC.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Aseem worked for KPMG in India for four years, advising on transactions in India and Europe. Prior to that, he worked for a few years as a fixed-income research analyst for Nomura Asset Management in New York.
